Urethral leiomyoma: combined vaginal and abdominal approach – a case report

Abstract Introduction: leiomyomas are benign mesenchymal tumors of smooth muscle origin that can develop in various locations. Urethral rare, with approximately only 120 cases reported the literature. These often occur third and fourth decades life but rare menopausal patients.
